This innovative young chef creates curated gatherings in all kinds of super cool and unexpected locales. A passionate ambassador of the environment, Chef Derek highlights the very best of the season through his collaborations with farmers and their crops.

Farm & Craft

Modern farm with a contemporary twist in a community-focused atmosphere, Farm & Craft boasts a seasonal “Wellness Menu” featuring 4 paths to optimal health by providing sustainable, gluten-free, organic and hormone-free ingredients. Farm & Craft’s Old Town Scottsdale location features an indoor/outdoor bar full of organic spirits, accompanied by their signature Kombucha Cocktail menu, local beers and eclectic wines on tap. F&C’s juice program includes cold-pressed juices as well as cold brew coffee & kombucha on tap.

Finestre Modern Gastronomy

Chef David Duarte has cooked with some of the best around! An Italian Culinary Federation grad, Chef David has worked in Michelin-star restaurants in Europe and recently opened his first concept, Finestre Modern Gastronomy. His inventive style and out-of-the-box culinary works of art give guests an unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Derek brings it back for the evening session – an encore as he turns it up for the evening session in the BLUSH VIP Lounge. VIP guests can take it all in from one Moonrise Standard’s farm tables inside The Rafters, the designated VIP space inside The Clayton House. This VIP session will be a true feast for the eyes and the palate.
